Late Vaidya Sri Bankelal ji Gupt was conceptualised and established the Ayurvedic way of life as an institution and inspired the beginning of Pranacharya. He was deeply interested in the techniques of the Ayurveda science of medicine. He mastered the art of Ayurveda treatment by steady hard work, devoted study and practice. The main focus of his treatment was accurate diagnosis and treatment using quality Ayurvedic medicines, which he himself created. Through his successful practice he earned great reputation and esteem. He was honored with the highest ayurveda award 'Pranacharya' for his noble service. In 1946, he was founded an ayurvedic clinic and pharmacy named 'Pranacharya Bhawan Ayurvedic Sansthan'. He passed on his skills and expertise to his son Late Vaidya Sri Krishan Gopal ji.
With the blessings of his revered father Late Vaidya Sri Krishan Gopal ji started his pratice. He had the active guidance and assistance if his father till the latter's demise. He earned the degree of BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery). He gained prominent position in medical field by inventing Ayurvedic Capsule and Injection, first time in the history of Ayurveda coordinating with modern medical science & Ayurveda. For his generous work he was acclaimed by 'Vijaygarh Wale Vaidyaji'.
