At Pranacharya Arogyam, we strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic care through timely and personalized consultations. To respect the time of both our practitioners and patients, we’ve implemented the following refund and cancellation policy for all appointments booked through our website.

2. Appointment Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellations Made in Advance

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

b. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

We understand emergencies happen. In exceptional cases, partial refunds or rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of the clinic.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, it will be considered a "no-show."

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Rebooking will require a new appointment and full payment.

4. Rescheduling Appointments

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Rescheduling within 24 hours may be possible on a case-by-case basis, but is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you haven't received a refund after this time, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, reach out to us.

6. Technical Issues (Online Appointments)

If you are unable to attend an online consultation due to technical difficulties, please notify us immediately.

We will do our best to reschedule or offer a refund depending on the situation.
